Our Work

It’s Varied and it’s All Done under our Roof!

Over the years, we’ve been proud to take on a vast array of projects for clients across Sussex and beyond. Here’s a selection of some of more recent powder coating and shot blasting work. We’re always interested in taking on new assignments. Please feel free to call us to discuss your requirements.

Signage

These pre-galvanised frames were T-washed and coated in black gloss before being used as directional signs in Chelsea for the 2012 London Olympics by Transport for London.

Racking

Racking, blasted and powder coated for a fixing company.

Tractor Wheel

This vintage tractor wheel was restored and used for ornamental purposes – looking in fine nick after a GLF blast, zinc and silver topcoat.

Phone Box

There’s nothing quite like a classic old red phone box returned to its rightful pristine condition – after a GLF blast, zinc and a red gloss powder coat.

Radiator

The first image is of a radiator following a GLF blast and zinc, followed by the final powder coating in a grey finish.

Water Fountain

This lovingly restored antique fountain involved blast, zinc and a white gloss powder coat. The inside was wet sprayed blue.

Agricultural Machinery

This agricultural machinery was given an iron phosphate pre-treatment and then powder top coated in red gloss.

Railings

We prepared the railings for this housing scheme. The process involved a T-wash and a black topcoat.

Moped

Various parts on these vintage mopeds – 1957 Velosolex Model 1010 & 1956 Harding Tricycle – received a gloss black powder coating.

Windows

These factory unit windows were each overcoated in a brown RAL paint, specifically chosen by the client.
